As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Logistics & Shipping Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in achieving our mission. 

The Logistics & Shipping Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics and shipping operations within our organization. This is a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all outbound shipping activities, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Optimize efficiency and costs of shipping to meet requirements by working with transportation service providers.
• Work cross-functionally with the Manufacturing, Innovation, and Business Development teams to manage stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, including customs requirements, hazardous materials handling, and export/import regulations. Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other vendors to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the logistics and shipping function. Implement best practices across Circ to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all shipped goods meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Provide guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure all cross-functional teams are aligned on Logistics and Shipping methodology.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and shipping management, preferably in the materials processing or textiles industry.
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable, flexible and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
