Own the Compliance and Risk Platform Product Strategy
Hire and grow a global team of product managers
Lead the system evolution and improvements
Build relationships with stakeholders across various functions
Identify and mitigate process gaps and inefficiencies
Define product requirements and write user stories
Present compliance needs to executive leadership

Education

Relevant degree in business, finance, or related field
