As a Cisco Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of the US Sales Team. In this role, your proven hunting success will be part of what's needed to join our fast - paced, high performing sales team and to be part of the Long View energy! You will be responsible for developing new Cisco opportunities with new and existing customers and overseeing sales. You will work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

You will be tasked to acquire 10 net new clients for Long View within your first 12 months.

You will develop new Cisco opportunities in existing customer base where we are not yet selling Cisco services.

You will be focused on growing our Cisco business by $4M in revenue in your first 12 months of employment at Long View.
- Have at least 6 client facing activities per week

Recaps of meetings are to include: attendees, goals, next steps, roadblocks, accountability
- Target and develop accounts that can achieve a minimum spend of $500,000 or greater with Long View each fiscal year

Conduct 3 partner/manufacturer base account mapping sessions per week with your sales counterparts

Ramp to close a minimum of $1,000,000 net new gross margin annually

Utilize solution and challenger based selling methodology

Accountability for Customer Satisfaction

Serve as relationship point of contact

Update weekly View’s CRM sales management tools

Support the Houston, TX and Denver, CO territory

Work with the Cisco Practice Lead to grow the Long View business in the US, with a goal towards becoming a lead contender in our regions. This will be facilitated by building strong field relationships, leveraging existing account relationships, and follow up of leads provided by Long View or associated manufacturers and personal hunting and identifying new logo opportunities
- Provide account management with the goal of selling multiple service offerings into these accounts, while also becoming their trusted and “go to” provider

Understand and become proficient with Long View service offerings

Develop proposals in conjunction with service delivery and corporate services teams

Pass related and other associated sales courses and certifications as required for manufacturer certifications

Long View participates in various government audits and special programs every year. Part of your duties will be to participate in these programs where needed as it relates to your technology area(s).
- 7+ years of Cisco sales experience with sales of IT services

Client account management experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Net New client acquisition experience

Understanding of ‘solution based selling’ and proven success in this area is a must

Demonstrated understanding of manufacturer and partner models
$150,000-$190,000 + Incentive
