Key Activities:
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to establish targets, goals, & budgets -- and develop strategic field marketing plans to deliver on those priorities Create engaging campaigns that get the attention of communications professionals Work closely with the sales organization to gain buy-in for the approach and to align with their goals Develop, coordinate and measure... integrated demand gen programs that drive qualified leads and contribution to the marketing pipeline. Partner with marketing team members to execute email, ABM, webinar, content, web programs and more. Working with BI, establish campaign metrics and ROI; making recommendations on how to continuously build upon the program; communicate goals/results to the organization Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the inside sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up Maintain a data-first approach to measure and optimize performance, as well as improve conversion and ROI Competencies:
Establishing and maintaining good working relationships into line of business leaders as well as within the Marketing team. Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences Strong project management and campaign scheduling skills Excellent communication and writing skills Proven ability in influencing others by adapting approaches to suit the individual in order to achieve the right outcomes Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution Ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and team-oriented
Experience:
5-7
years of relevant marketing management experience Proven experience working with sales as well as across marketing team disciplines including database marketing, content, design, reporting, and marketing operation team members. Proven experience in the creation and development of integrated campaign strategy, positioning and messaging Strong background in demand generation, content and database marketing. A metrics focused approach that constantly looking at performance gaps across the funnel
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
