In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer retention and deepen customer relationships. If you have a passion for data analysis, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Develop and implement marketing strategies to retain existing customers and deepen customer relationships.Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in existing customer marketing efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.Monitor and analyze the performance of existing customer marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in existing customer marketing.Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and other key stakeholders.Continuously identify and propose new opportunities for enhancing existing customer marketing efforts.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.Foster a customer-centric mindset and promote a positive customer experience.Train and mentor junior team members as needed.Embrace and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and the organization.Adhere to company values and represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.Citi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
