If you are passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Develop and lead the overall product strategy for Citi's IT department, in line with the company's goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and establish timelines for product delivery.Drive the entire product development process, from ideation to launch, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.Manage the product roadmap, making strategic decisions on feature prioritization and resource allocation.Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients.Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure successful integration of their products into our offerings.Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Collaborate with the IT leadership team to align product strategy with the overall IT strategy and budget.Monitor and analyze product metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all product development and delivery.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, and proactively apply them to enhance our products and processes.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product management team.Handle any escalated issues or challenges related to product development, delivery, or maintenance.Ensure that all products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by the company.Citi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
