If you are a driven and innovative professional with a strong understanding of the financial industry and a passion for building high-performing teams, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top senior-level leaders.Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs.Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify the best fit for the organization.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to establish a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve and refine recruitment processes.Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting a positive and attractive employer brand to potential candidates.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions.Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce by actively seeking out and promoting diversity in candidate sourcing and selection.Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.Mentor and train junior talent acquisition team members to ensure a high level of performance and continuous learning.Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.Continuously seek out innovative and creative ways to attract and engage top talent for the organization.Citi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
