As we partner with our clients, we can provide global thinking informed by deep local insight and help deliver the complete financial management strategies that today’s wealth requires.The Role:The Pricing Optimization lead will ensure that the business has effective strategies, analytics, and tools to best identify and address important client opportunities and maximize Citi’s bottom line, helping to execute key initiatives across the client franchise. This role supports Citi Global Wealth in driving optimal decision-making at scale by utilizing data and best-in-class analytical tools. Analyses will focus on the development of comprehensive strategy recommendations based on multiple factors such as in-depth customer insights (analytically derived), sound financial impact forecasting and thorough understanding of the competitive landscapeKey responsibilities:• Develop strategy to build advanced analytics capabilities for best-in-class reporting on performance and trends• Create and maintain analytical tools to inform key business decisions, including pricing elasticity models• Identify levers of growth and areas of opportunity within Global Pricing, leveraging differentiated analysis for products and lines of business• Manage key relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including bankers, Treasury, product specialists, and sales teams• Collaborate closely with system owners to ensure alignment on priorities and drive efficiency in data management• Communicate insights to leadership effectively and provide recommendations to achieve business objectives and optimize performanceQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as data science, computer science, or mathematics• 5+ years of experience in pricing analytics or related technical role• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL) and code deployment• Expertise in developing sophisticated tools and technologies to inform business decisions• Experience working with large data sets, unstructured data, and multiple data sources• Familiarity with financial services, banking products, and financial metrics• Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, and all Microsoft Office applications• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable in relationship-building across all levels of the organization• Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy in work product• Contributes to a positive and collaborative team environment-Job Family Group:Private Client Product Services-Job Family:Banking Cash Management-Time Type:-Primary Location:New York New York United States-Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$150,000.00 - $250,000.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
