The Senior Talent Mobility Engagement Partner will be part of PPD's Talent Mobility team and be responsible for hiring, developing, and supporting SFO’s workforce. The Senior People Projects Business Partner will be part of PPD's People Projects team and be responsible for providing professional and technical human resources consultation and services, such as hiring, classification review, corrective action guidance and performance management to support the development of SFO's Airport Integrated Operations Center (AIOC), while supporting other SFO divisions as needed. You will also support various PPD projects and initiatives that aim to create an exceptional employee experience for all SFO employees.

Education: Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of verifiable professional human resources experience, similar to 1241 Human Resources Analyst, in one or more of the following areas of activity: recruitment and selection; classification and compensation; employee and/or labor relations; benefits administration; hu-man resources operations; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and personnel training.
Substitution:
Education Substitution - Additional qualifying work experience as a professional human resources analyst may be substituted for up to two years of the required education on a year-for-year basis (30 semester/ 45 quarter units equals one year).
Experience Substitution - Completion of a 12 month human resources trainee program equivalent to the City and County of San Francisco's 1249 Human Resources Training Program may substitute for one (1) year of required professional experience.
Experience Substitution - Possession of a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Master's degree in Personnel Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Ad-ministration or Clinical/School/Industrial-Organizational Psychology may substitute for one (1) year of the required professional experience.
One (1) year (2000 hours) of additional qualifying experience will be considered equivalent to thirty (30) semester units or forty-five (45) quarter units. Any overtime hours that you work above 40 hours per week are not included in the calculation to determine full time employment.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Clearance: Candidates for employment with the San Francisco Airport Commission are required to undergo a criminal history record check, including FBI fingerprints, and Security Threat Assessment in order to determine eligibility for security clearance and may be required to undergo drug/alcohol screening. Per Civil Service Commission Rule Section 110.9.1, every applicant for an examination must possess and maintain the qualifications required by law and by the examination announcement for the examination. Failure to obtain and maintain security clearance may be basis for termination from employment with the Airport Commission.
