City Manager

About the role:

We are looking for experienced leader who can lead local market strategies and work with our restaurant operations leaders to grow the business. As a City Manger, you'll be starting at an exciting time with Weee! where you'll have the opportunity to build on the momentum and work with cross-functional teams to make a difference on the market.

What you will do:

• Lead local Business Development and Operations team to establish new business and drive revenue growth
• Manage Weee! restaurant-to-go local business and be responsible for local P&L
• Onboard local restaurants and maintaining win-win relationships with the restaurants
• Work with restaurant owners and cross functional internal teams to deliver best-in-class experience for users
• Be responsible for local operations and respond to emergency issues
• Gather and communicate restaurants' feedback to our Product teams to ensure the product innovates to fit the merchant's needs

Qualifications:

• A strong leader with rich experience managing large teams locally and remotely
• You are passionate about sales and able to deliver results in an environment that is changing
• Familiar with restaurant business and related supply chain topics
• Able to develop a new market and be responsible for the regional P&L
• Able to coach and develop young professionals new to the field
• You are bilingual in Chinese and English

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $100,000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
