Senior Employee Relations Investigator, City Storage Systems - US

What you’ll do

• Collect, review, interpret, analyze and evaluate witness statements, documents and physical evidence collected during investigations.
• Conduct investigations from intake to completion, under the direction of the Global Head of Employee Relations.
• Draft detailed investigative reports, updates, documents, and correspondence.
• Partner with and keep Employment Legal and Human Resources updated on investigation progress.
• Interact with all investigation participants and partners with respect and clear communication.
• Review, summarize, create and organize documents and information.
• Keep updated investigation records and files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and business leadership.

What we’re looking for

• 5-8 years of technical experience in workplace investigations or 1-3 years of employment law experience as an attorney.
• Bachelor’s degree
• JD from accredited law school is a plus
• Understanding and experience with relevant employment laws, employee relations principles, and neutral investigation processes.
• Direct or indirect experience with Workplace Investigation.
• Strong report writing skills.
• AWI Certificate Holder is a plus.
