VP, Franchise Performance

City Wide is looking for a results-driven Vice President of Franchise Performance to lead franchise growth and operational excellence. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in franchise operations, B2B selling environments, strong financial analysis, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise growth, B2B sales, and operations management, with the ability to lead through collaboration. You will manage and develop a team of Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs), helping them influence franchisees to fully embrace the City Wide model.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Management; MBA preferred.

• Prior corporate office experience (7+ years) in senior leadership role within a franchise operation, preferably a former COO, or C-level B2B Sales position.

• Must have advanced skills in financial analysis skills.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing franchise growth strategies.

• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to drive informed decision-making and problem-solving.

• Demonstrated history of leading high-performing teams.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

• Acts with integrity, honesty, and values that promote the culture and values of City Wide.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point and knowledge of CRM type database.
