Role Purpose

The Campaign Analysis Executive drives marketing success by providing data-driven insights and optimizing campaigns. This role requires expertise in statistical methods, advanced data analysis with Excel and Python, and data visualization using Tableau and Power BI (Business Intelligence). Responsibilities include writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data, tracking KPIs, and evaluating campaign performance. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Statistical Methods & Data Analysis:

·       Apply statistical methods and tools to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.

·       Conduct advanced data analysis using Excel and programming languages such as Python to automate processes and derive insight.

Visualization:

·       Create visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to present complex data in an accessible format.

·       Develop dashboards and reports that clearly show campaign performance and key metrics.

Campaign Strategy Support:

·       Support the development of campaign strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that strategies are informed by robust data analysis.

Analytics

·       Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze web traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

·       Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

SQL & Database Management:

·       Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.

·       Work closely with database management systems to ensure accurate and efficient data retrieval.

KPI Tracking & Reporting:

·       Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

·       Generate basic reports on data collection and preliminary analysis to inform decision-making.

Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

·       Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions with clear data-driven arguments.

·       Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that reports and analyses meet those requirements.

Data Collection & Preliminary Analysis:

·       Focus on data collection processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in analyses.

·       Perform preliminary analysis and generate basic reports to support ongoing optimisation.

Essential Competencies

·       Must have relevant 2+ years of relevant experience

·       Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or campaign-focused role.

·       Proficiency in statistical methods and tools for evaluating campaign performance.

·       Advanced Excel skills and experience with programming languages such as Python for data analysis and automation.

·       Experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

·       Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.

·       Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

·       Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reliability
