Position Description
The CRM Systems Analyst’s role is responsible for the delivery of reliable solutions & technology, process improvement, and documentation and reporting to drive an increase in sales efficiency and increased revenue. This individual will apply communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the company on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems.
What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ years relevant work experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent work experience
- Experience with data analysis in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively across business units
- Experience with technical requirements analysis and data mapping
- Good project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures
- Strong attention to detail
As a CRM Analyst I you will:
Deliver Reliable Solutions & Technology (75%):
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM systems
- Manage multiple user management setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflow rules.
- Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
- Collaborate with other CRM Systems Analysts within the team and work on prioritized and assigned tasks.
- Help troubleshoot any production issues for quick resolution.
- Provide support (including but not limited to answering questions, researching the requirements, etc.) to end-users as and when necessary.
Process Improvement (15%):
- Continuously evaluate CRM integrations, processes, and practices, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing enhancements to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with end-users across different teams in the organization to identify potential areas of improvement in existing workflows and recommend those to Systems Management.
Documentation and Reporting (5%):
- Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, progress, and achievements.
Financial Acumen (5%):
- Influence, promote, drive quality improvement, service enhancements, cost reductions, and productivity increases for the team and business systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary Range: $54,100 - $75,700
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
