Product Manager I

The Product Manager will serve as a key member of the Product Strategy department. The Product Manager will own our Payment solutions and is responsible for helping define and drive the Payment strategy, planning, prioritizing, and driving the execution of the solution roadmap. This role must possess deep solution knowledge, lead initiatives, drive results, and bring solutions and features to the market with launch activities.

The Product Manager must effectively communicate with all areas of the company. They will work with other cross-functional teams to shape the future of fintech and money movement capabilities within our products. One of the most important relationships will be with the VPGM for our Payment solution. It is important that these roles are aligned on the solution vision and roadmap. The role also works closely with the marketing and sales departments to define the go to market plans, helping them understand the solution positioning, key benefits and target customer. They will be responsible for the execution of the solution roadmap and work closely with the engineering team to deliver.

We’re excited to hire a new Product Manager I who can:

  • Work closely with the VPGM, Payments to tactically execute the roadmap, initiative and launch activities
  • Conduct substantive market and Voice of the Customer research to propose and prioritize solutions, enhancements, and marketing activities that drive organizational KPIs
  • Assist the VPGM in analyzing potential partner relationships and acquisition opportunities for the solution suite 
  • Specify market requirements for current and future solutions by conducting market research supported by on-going visits and meetings with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders 
  • Attend user groups, tradeshows, and conferences as necessary to gather information 
  • Align with the VPGM to develop a vision and roadmap for the product line  
  • Work closely with sales and client success to help implement and execute solution initiatives and launches
  • Write basic requirements for the solution and features and partner with engineering teams to execute the development 
  • Ensure that the engineering, marketing, and sales plans are implemented and delivered on time and on target
  • Plan, organize and facilitate the launch of enhancements and features that improve the end-to-end customer experience
  • Build trust and influence across teams, stakeholders, and the global organization

There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields relating to business or marketing or comparable experience preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in product management
  • Experience with market and customer research
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and results oriented
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Expertise in the Payment Industry, Payment Facilitation, and Embedded Payments (Card Present and Card Not Present) is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary Range: $80,200 - $117,100 annually, The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
