Regional Vice President of Operations - Senior Living

CIVITAS SENIOR LIVING IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS IN THE AUSTIN, TEXAS AREA. The VPO provides leadership to community management and partnership with regional staff through motivating, directing, collaborating, and supporting operating plans related to quality resident care, employee relations, revenue enhancement, and business financial results.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management duties including mentoring, setting examples of professionalism, developing a positive culture, and conducting performance appraisals.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies to maximize revenue, profit growth, and control manageable expenditures.
Monitor operations and performance of communities to meet or exceed annual goals of cash, census, care, etc.
Analyze staffing issues to assist communities with recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
Promote company's mission, vision, and values.

Education

Assisted Living Manager license in good standing
Six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
