Senior Living Sales Specialist
Civitas Senior Living is recruiting for a Texas based Sales Specialist with senior housing experience to support the growth and development they've experienced.
Skills
- Experience in seniors housing in a sales and marketing capacity
- Experience with CRM Database (Enquire preferred)
- Experience with startup communities and pre-leasing sales strategy in management
Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM database for assigned communities
- Assume the role of Community Relations Director at the assigned community
- Gather information on local market data through various research methods
