Senior Living Sales Specialist

Civitas Senior Living is recruiting for a Texas based Sales Specialist with senior housing experience to support the growth and development they've experienced.

Skills

Experience in seniors housing in a sales and marketing capacity
Experience with CRM Database (Enquire preferred)
Experience with startup communities and pre-leasing sales strategy in management

Responsibilities

Manage the CRM database for assigned communities
Assume the role of Community Relations Director at the assigned community
Gather information on local market data through various research methods
