Key leaders will have P&L responsibility for one or more distribution centers across the country. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent. You will be responsible for engaging your teams to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. To achieve this, managers are expected to provide their team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. You will also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of a proven successful track record in a high volume logistic(s) center
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
- Prior P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with the knowledge of all facets of warehouse operations
- Customer focused with strong customer interaction capabilities
- Strong planning, organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, RF and warehouse management systems (WMS) experience required, experience in a food grade or healthcare warehouse environment a plus.
