Associate Auto Claims Adjuster


Overview of Position
Adjusters are responsible for answering questions via the phone and adjudicate claims for automotive service contracts based on contract coverage.

  • Starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Automotive knowledge required. Please see the job requirements below
  • Must be able to commute to the Woodlands, TX office for training

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Responsible for answering calls from car dealerships and independent repair facilities to verify the completion and validity of claim forms.
  • Reviews company records to determine various levels of claim coverage.
  • Calculates the amount of the claim and submits claims for payment.
  • Documents all information in a database system. Uses reference labor manuals, technical bulletins and system components to adjudicate claims.
  • Must provide extraordinary customer service over the phone to both internal and external customers.
  • Adjudicate claims for automotive warranty contracts based on contract coverage.
  • Ability to accurately explain contract coverage with repair facilities and contract holders.

  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and under deadlines
  • Ability to present a professional image
  • Ability to establish courses of action to ensure efficient completion of work
  • Ability to think creatively and make decisions based on incomplete information
  • Proficiency of computer navigation and Microsoft Office 2003 or later versions & Microsoft Windows XP or later versions
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus: the ability to speak, read and write the Spanish language fluently

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office demands

Training will be conducted in-office for 4-6 weeks. After training, Adjusters have the ability to work remote/hybrid model.


Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
