Duties

We are looking for a Claims Assistant - Alpharetta, GA to join our team.

Summary:

Provides administrative support to claims unit(s) and handles routine document tracking, internal/external customer/vendor communication and other basic claims functions.

A typical day will include the following:

Reviews and analyzes new claims for accuracy, completeness and eligibility.

Prepares and maintains reports and records for processing in line with established procedures.

Subject matter expert, assist with training of new hires.

Meets productivity and customer service targets.

Handles routine communications.

Answer inbound customer service inquiries.

Performs advanced troubleshooting and redirects customers when appropriate.

Handles complex projects and assignments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual preferred.
General computer proficiency.
Proficiency with MS Office products.
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
