Program Manager (MDaas)

Description: 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution: OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of lean product management principles.
• Understanding of user-centered design thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in differing phases
• Experience in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation
• Experience balancing customer and user feedback to create desirable solutions

• At least 4 years’ experience in program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or Software Engineering OR related field
• Experience working with U.S. Air Force organizations and requirements
• Experience providing input on product decisions, product strategy and business development
