Human Resources Recruiter

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

 

Status: Full-Time/Exempt

 

Overview: The Human Resources Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting highly skilled professionals, including but not limited to Medical Assistants, X-Ray Technicians, Receptionists, and other essential support and corporate staff, for our network of clinics across the country as well as our corporate office. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for healthcare recruitment to make a meaningful impact on the expansion and triumph of our organization.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Medical Assistant, X-Ray Technician, and Receptionist positions in Clay Consulting clinics.

-Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to determine staffing needs and job requirements.

-Post, monitor, and update approved requisitions on recruiting websites

-Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.

-Review and screen resume to identify candidates that meet the job requirements and organizational culture fit.

-Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

-Coordinate and schedule in-person, on the phone, or online interviews with hiring managers and assist in the interview process as needed.

-Conduct reference checks and verify employment history and credentials.

-Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

-Gather candidate experience feedback.

-Collaborate with HR team to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.

-Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

-Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

Any other tasks as assigned by your manager. 

 

Requirements and Skills:

·       High School Diploma or GED

·       Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

·       Familiarity with healthcare positions such as Medical Assistants, X-Ray Technicians, and Receptionists.

·       Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview evaluation methods.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

·       Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

·       High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

·       Flexibility to travel occasionally for recruitment events or to different clinic locations as needed.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office365

·       Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·       Detail oriented with above average organization skills.

·       Ability to properly maintain confidential information.

·       Plans and prioritizes to meet deadlines.
