Maintenance Technician

Pay:$ 22.00

Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Location: Westford, MA

Position Summary

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
• Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs.
• Janitorial duties include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned. Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
