CLEAR is looking for a People (HR) Business Partner to support our rapidly growing airport operations and foster a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

Handle employee relations and communication matters
Drive People initiatives in operational team meetings
Investigate employee relations matters in collaboration with Legal
Analyze trends and reporting to make recommendations
Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
Lead HR initiatives in support of strategic goals
Mentor and develop station leaders

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
