HR Business Partner

Clear Street is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team. The role involves partnering with client groups to drive outstanding results through employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers on organizational planning, performance management, and employee engagement
Manage employee learning and development programs
Drive key annual HR processes and participate in global projects

Provide regular reports on key HR metrics and trends

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
