IT Administrative Coordinator

Clear Street is modernizing the institutional brokerage and clearing market with innovative technology. We seek a detail-oriented IT Administrative Coordinator to help manage administrative processes within our Corporate IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement and lifecycle management of software and hardware
  • Reconcile invoices to purchase orders
  • Track asset usage and disposal processes
  • Manage requests, reporting, and maintenance from market data providers
  • Conduct IT evidence collection for audits
  • Remediate recurring operations on IT systems

Education

  • Technical degree or fellowship (preferred)
