OBJECTIVE

As an Employee Experience (EX) Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experiences and supporting key EX functions. You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment, communications, program administration, and more, ensuring that our EX operations run smoothly and efficiently.
WORKING HOURS: Hybrid Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; based on operational needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources across a variety of functions, including interviewing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience with a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS); HRIS knowledge.
- Elevated technical skills across various organizational platforms; identifying process improvements and workflows.
- Experience and skilled in the functionality of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional ability to manage priorities across multiple department functions, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills; ability to independently create communications for various platforms; experience using AI tools to enhance communication.
- Demonstrated interviewing skills; applying knowledge of employment laws.
- Ability to work independently and as a team, focusing on organizational objectives.
- Collaborative and engaging with all levels of staff, while maintaining integrity and credibility.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative.
- Exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
- Dependable with a hybrid work schedule and willingness to travel to financial center locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts, including performing full life-cycle recruitment and administrative support to the team as needed and determined by the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
- Administrative recruitment tasks include, but are not limited to, scheduling, completing background checks, creating offer letters, maintaining interview tracking.
- Stay up to date on employment laws and HR best practices.
- Engage with new hires in the "connEXtion" Program to boost employee engagement and retention.
Communications
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering clear, timely responses.
- Draft and post engaging internal communications, such as announcements, intranet (CU Share) updates, and policy changes.
- Administer employee change processes (new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations) within the system, ensuring timely updates.
Benefits Administration
- Assist with benefit-related processes, including billing, policy reviews, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Administer the Clearview Wellness Programs to promote health initiatives.
- Facilitate new hire benefits onboarding and manage benefits data entry for changes.
Program Administration
- Oversee the Mark S. Brennan Tuition Reimbursement Program, ensuring applications and reimbursements follow guidelines.
- Collaborate on the Career Opportunities program to support internal job postings and growth opportunities.
- Administer the Employee Referral Program, tracking referrals and ensuring Awardco points are distributed for successful hires.
Systems
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to electronic employee files.
- As an administrator, maintain and update EX’s CU Share page to ensure the page design is relevant and accurate; support system efficiencies.
- Assist and serve as a back-up for all EX technology systems.
- Partner with the EX Systems & Data Analyst to streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities
- Cross-train on various aspects of the EX department to provide support to the EX team and employees.
- Keep sensitive information confidential at all times.
- Represent Clearview in the community by participating in volunteer activities.
- Support EX initiatives and employee events when required.
- Dependable and maintain good attendance record.
- Display and support Clearview’s Values and brand identity.
- Attend department meetings, staff meetings, and training programs.
- Inform the Director Talent Management and VP of EX of key updates and important information.
- Other duties as assigned.
