RPA Developer

POSITION SUMMARY

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying automation workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years similar or related experience required
Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or comparable experience required
UiPath Automation Developer Associate certification (UiADA)
UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification (UiADP) is preferred
Proven experience as a UiPath Developer with a track record of successful RPA implementations
Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET, and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and automate complex workflows
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality automation solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language

WORKING HOURS

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:45 PM (schedule is flexible)

Minimal travel and work beyond standard hours, based on operational needs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for RPA projects
Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automation workflows to automate repetitive and manual processes
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy
Optimize existing automation processes to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity gains
Adhere to best practices in RPA development, ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions
Document technical specifications, workflows, and process documentation for RPA projects
Assist in the deployment and support of RPA solutions in production environments
Collaborate with other business units to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and advancements, incorporating them into automation projects when appropriate
Provide support to end-users and fellow team members on UiPath tools and best practices
Establish and maintain professional working relationships throughout all business units
Perform other duties as assigned
