The Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the strategic objectives and driving growth for the Americas Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE) practices.
The Business Development Manager will also contribute to M&A and PE-related specialist practices. The role will report into the Senior Business Development Manager, M&A and the Senior Business Development Manager, Funds & Private Equity Transactions and will work closely with attorneys and other members of the Global Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BDMC) team.
The position requires a high-energy and motivated team player who is also able to work independently and collaboratively. The individual must be able to adapt to change, balance competing demands, and manage demands outside of traditional business hours.

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will be determined based on various job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, the scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This is an exempt role, meaning it is eligible for overtime pay.
