Your Role as a Client Account Leader


As a seasoned all-rounder consulting sales executive, the role of Client Account Leader (CAL) is critical to our success. With your extensive knowledge of the retail industry, ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, and expertise in delivering large IT projects, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction by surpassing their expectations.


What You'll Do


Client Account Leadership:

As a CAL, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering business through trust and value-led relationships with key client stakeholders.


Client Delivery Leadership:

You'll be accountable for the successful execution of client contracts and Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.


Industry Thought Leadership:

As a CAL, you'll reinforce Logic's reputation as an industry thought leader by staying ahead of retail trends and developments.


Team Leadership:

As a natural team leader, you'll foster collaboration and bring out the best in your colleagues.
