Overview

The Client Business and Sales Support Leader for Community Institutions (CIs) will provide operational and sales support to the Community Institutions Team as well as directly lead sales activities for selective Cis customers.

Role

The leader will do the following:
  • Provide operational and sales support including development of statement of works, salesforce management, alignment with internal with account teams and internal stakeholders
  • Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have strong communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our services and products can help, we’d like to meet you.
  • Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to D&S growth.

All About You

Essential Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in developing and fostering customer relationships as a trusted partner
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to frame opportunities from a customer’s perspective

Additional Capabilities:

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with solid project management credentials
  • Proven track record in cross company, collaborative teaming
  • Practical, yet creative and innovative

Westchester County Salary Range: $60K-$93K
