Client Development Manager - Global Mobility

Benivo is an HR Tech company for Global Mobility helping top global employers manage the end-to-end process of employee relocation and assignments from a single platform.

We are looking for a high-performing Client Development Manager, who is equipped with global mobility experience, to help us expand the Benivo pipeline of sales opportunities and win new business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through achieving sales targets and forging strong relationships with buyers, decision makers and stakeholders (HR, Talent and Global Mobility leaders). You will play a lead role in identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities.

The Benivo platform offers clients 3 for 1 value by providing Digital Destination Support, Fintech for Global Mobility and technology solutions for Relocation Management in one solution.


In this role you’ll need to:

  • Generate a strong pipeline of net new logo leads in your designated territory.
  • Achieve a minimum number of net new meetings & opportunities per month.
  • Understand and effectively communicate Benivo’s value proposition and solutions using value-based, client-oriented sales approaches.
  • Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities including discovery meetings, demonstrations, proposal development, group pitches and presentations, contract negotiation and signing contracts with internal and external teams.
  • Effectively manage a multi-stakeholder sales cycle to a successful close.
  • Drive awareness of Benivo within the global mobility community.
  • Leverage and develop meaningful relationships within the industry.
  • Record and manage your activities, monthly forecasting of revenue, client interactions and deal progress in our CRM.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in global mobility/relocation industry with an established network
  • Experience in working directly with HR teams
  • Proven success in identifying, developing and winning new business
  • Proven success selling technology solutions, ideally SaaS
  • Proven consultative and solution selling success (B2B sales)
  • Experience working independently and values collaboration within a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Highly organized and follows through on promises
  • Excellent communicator
  • Self-motivated, proactive and always looking to improve
  • Loves technology and is tech-savvy



Contract type: full time, permanent

Location: remote - applications from across the US are welcome. Occasional travel to meet with clients or for onsite collaboration days will be required when it is safe to do so and within covid-19 guidelines (travel expenses will be reimbursed).

Requirements: To be considered for the role, you must have the right to work in the US. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate might need to undertake a basic criminal record check, the cost of which will be covered by Benivo.
