Client Development / Services Manager
Marietta, GA 2 days remote 3 days in the office after fully trained
Permanent, $45,000-50,000 with monthly commission average 2000-2250 a month(last year was 27,000)
Must haves
- Account management experience
- Inside Sales Experience selling in a B2B environment
- Upselling experience
- Hunter mentality (not afraid to pick up phone and call clients)
- Sales to process markets (Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Food & Bev, Pharmaceutical manufacturers) desired or Technology / software sales

Key Operational Responsibilities:
- Inside sales and account management
- Build customer relationships
- Ensure all sales & client activity is recorded in CRM
- Uncover qualified opportunities for sales
- Uncover opportunities for recalibration with existing customers for lab
- Maintain SSA & Care Plan contract, contact and renewals
- Support Agreement win back sales and renewals to BUS accounts
- Uncover opportunities for upgrades and new product purchases with existing customers
- Discover professional service opportunities with existing and new customers
- Encourage customers to return for future business
- Calibration or software sales experience is a huge plus
