Client Development Manager/Account Manager

Client Development / Services Manager

Marietta, GA 2 days remote 3 days in the office after fully trained

Permanent, $45,000-50,000 with monthly commission average 2000-2250 a month(last year was 27,000)

Must haves

  • Account management experience
  • Inside Sales Experience selling in a B2B environment
  • Upselling experience
  • Hunter mentality (not afraid to pick up phone and call clients)
  • Sales to process markets (Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Food & Bev, Pharmaceutical manufacturers) desired or Technology / software sales

Key Operational Responsibilities:

  • Inside sales and account management
  • Build customer relationships
  • Ensure all sales & client activity is recorded in CRM
  • Uncover qualified opportunities for sales
  • Uncover opportunities for recalibration with existing customers for lab
  • Maintain SSA & Care Plan contract, contact and renewals
  • Support Agreement win back sales and renewals to BUS accounts
  • Uncover opportunities for upgrades and new product purchases with existing customers
  • Discover professional service opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Encourage customers to return for future business
  • Calibration or software sales experience is a huge plus
