Pay:$20/hr plus performance based bonuses!
Location:Employment will begin in-office, with the option to move to hybrid-remote after meeting team's Standard of Excellence
Client Managers act as lead Meters point-of-contact for the Account Management teamas well as client corporate or regional contacts. Client Managers work to resolve high-level concerns as they relate to sub metering and the Meters department. The process includes, but is not limited to, weeklyclient calls, resolution of escalated issues, and client-specific reporting and communications.
Responsibilities
- Assigned a portfolio or client
- Represent the Meters department in calls and emails with account managers and clients
- Offer cause and effect explanations to clients for concerns that they have
- Develop beneficial, long lasting relationships with clients
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure that client needs are met
- Following up with Conservice team members to ensure that solutions are found
- Lead (or participate in) internal and external phone calls
- Organizing workload by filtering emails and chats based on priority
- Organize and track information to effectively prioritize work
- Delegate client issues to relevant teams with the goal of finding a resolution within 24 hours
- Follow-up with other teams to ensure that solutions are being found
- Communicate with leadership and clients regarding challenges and then brainstorm ideas to resolve
- Other duties as assigned by leadership

- Able to solve a range of issues from redundant to complex

- Talent to stay positive and productive under pressure
