The Role

Addepar is looking for a Client Operations Analyst to support teams across the Addepar Go To Market Organization. You will work closely with all of our Go-to Market Teams, including Client Management, Solutions Architecture, Project Management, Support, Sales and Training. Your role has a dual purpose:

  • Optimize key business processes & systems;
  • Maintain operational administration of systems (such as SalesForce & FinancialForce)

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $66,000 - $124,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Provide analytics and reporting to support Account Management team, client-facing projects and to improve business processes
  • Able to interpret analytics to tell a client story; train Account Managers on how to use dashboards and data to deeply understand client health
  • Own the client health scorecard data - drive processes related to client health changes, services support during renewals and upsells, and build bridges between Account Management and Client Success Management
  • Support sales and dealdesk processes across client lifecycle; work with Account Managers (AMs) to structure software and services packages for clients
  • Work with AMs / accompany AMs on sales pitches to support Services sales
  • Partner with the team leads to optimize processes and policies
  • Maintain FinancialForce and Salesforce data hygiene and own system data integrity.
  • Detail operational knowledge, issues, processes, and methodologies in reference materials
  • Own & Optimize operational workflows to enable client-specific margin tracking across Addepar's clientele
  • Consult with external teams (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to build robust cross-functional processes and support cross-team handoffs
  • Develop and lead internal training on standard methodologies and processes.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of applicable experience
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and provide concrete recommendations
  • Strong Excel / Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and navigate objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively prioritize and adapt within a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong partnership skills
  • Genuine passion for supporting team members and clients
