Client Relations Representative

Summary

Job Summary

The Client Relations Representative is responsible for supporting the Client Relations Team through research and analytics, preparation and facilitation of marketing materials, assistance with events, development of electronic communications, database and scorecard management and reporting, event attendance, special project coordination, and other duties as assigned. This position serves as the primary liaison between marketing, printing services, and business development. This position will also provide client relations and sales support at the direction of the Senior Client Relations Representative, Director, and Administrative Director.

Job Requirements

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience.

Experience

Preferred:
Prior healthcare experience is a plus.

Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Programs, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to work well independently and with all types of people and personalities.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Prefer experience in website development, Photoshop, newsletter creation, event planning, and data analysis.

Demonstrate “global thinking” in relation to CoxHealth.

Skills

Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of physicians and customers. Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.

Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.

Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures.

Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
