LRG Wealth Advisors is a leading financial planning and advisory practice managing $500 million in assets in New York City. Our firm partners with esteemed custodians Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab to provide our clients with the best possible financial solutions. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Client Services Associate to join our team and assist with administrative tasks related to our diverse clientele. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience and qualifications. You will report to the Managing Director.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional client service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Work closely with financial advisors to prepare and process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, events, and educational seminars.
- Maintain client records and files following regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with custodian partners (Fidelity, Pershing, Schwab) to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions.
- Help prepare client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Monitor and track client-related tasks and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 1 or more years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of the financial planning and advisory landscape, and experience with Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab custodian platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain within the first six months of employment.
