Client Service Relationship Manager
McAdam Financial is seeking a highly motivated, people-oriented Client Service Relationship Manager (CSRM). The CSRM will be responsible for maintaining unparalleled customer service as they ensure McAdam Financial clients’ needs are adequately and promptly met. Daily responsibilities include providing stellar engagement to clients, participating in sales meetings, collaborating with Business Development and Sales Manager personnel, tracking closed and outstanding business, and owning the revenue push process.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superb relationship-building, organization, and communication skills as they work closely with internal and external to achieve organizational sales goals. Because this role includes direct client interaction, candidates should have a strong sense of autonomy and willingness to be coached by the Company Marketing Lead as they conduct independent client meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- An active Life, Accident and Health license
- Series 65 licensed
- At least two years of experience working in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with financial services products, customer service, and/or sales process

Position Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales Managers in client meetings in preparation of taking client ownership after the business is secured
- Logistical coordination and communication with clients including calendar invites, paperwork requests, etc.
- Be the point of contact for clients and answer questions as needed
- Track future Client Service revenue opportunities and outstanding assets
- Asking for and securing Favorable Introductions from clientele
- Other relevant responsibilities as assigned
