Collaborates with Project Managers (PMs), ensuring that activities occur in a timely manner to meet the customer and internal requirements.

Collaborates with internal partners and works directly with client as needed.

Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external, to ensure that all services and information are ready as the needed.

Use of appropriate tools to communicate achievements as well as critical path activities and responsibilities.

Helps and supports creation of documentation using appropriate internal systems.

May assist in setting up and maintaining study filing systems and maintains accurate records for all work undertaken.

Timely provision of reports and other information to internal /external customers as applicable.

Actively participates in cross-functional business process improvement activities

Billing / Invoicing responsibilities:
-
Requests new quotes, revisions, and change orders, through Salesforce.com (SFDC), for packaging work and procured components.
-
Creates, reviews for accuracy, and submits Billing Notification requests to Accounting, for Client invoicing.
-
Enters and schedules revenue in Salesforce.com (SFDC) based on revenue tracking of completed job steps and incoming components.
-
Works with Project Managers (PMs) to acquire and enter accurate and timely order and billing information.
-
Supports PMs for creating credits or re-billing for account discrepancies, as needed.
-
Assist with weekly sales backlog review with PMs and update SFDC accordingly.
-
Assist with collecting and reporting data for revenue forecasting and tracking.
-
Collaborate with Production Scheduler to confirm forecasted revenue is supported by scheduled jobs and available capacity.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Degree from an accredited 2-year college, recognized professional program or transferrable experience
Experience

1-year related experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Consistent track record working with customers

Understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, planning, verbal, written, and numerical skills with ability to analyze and define solutions (problem-solving abilities) and balance multiple tasks to meet objectives

Strong and effective communicator with the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and project co-ordination skills

Ability to develop strong communications; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of internal or external clients to meet or exceed their expectations

Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to learn and master all internal systems associated with projects (e.g., Salesforce, GPM, Trackwise)
