You are a motivated Client Services professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Services Specialist, you excel at multitasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit.

  • Work schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 9am-6pm EST

What you'll do

    • Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
    • Communicate with customer through various channels
    • Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
    • Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system
    • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
    • Communicate with internal departments as needed

What you'll need

    • Associates degree preferred or related work experience
    • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume phone environment
    • Ability to work Saturday-Wednesday 9am-6pm EST
    • Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently
    • Navigate through various different software systems
