About You
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Client Success Managers, committed to providing strong customer service and strategic planning to our college partners. As our client’s main point of contact, CSM’s are responsible for understanding their specific needs, strategizing best options, and rolling out plans in collaboration with the Enrollment Marketing department. Utilizing Liaison’s enrollment marketing software, the CSM team launch these college marketing initiatives which may include print, email, and digital ads.
This position requires a talented individual that excels across multiple functions including relationship building, strategic consulting, project management and delegation, and data-driven decision-making.
This is a remote position based out of our Poughkeepsie, NY office. Travel may be required as we try to connect with clients on campus whenever possible (about 5%).
The Day-to-Day

Deliver high-level customer experience and manage client relationships

Ensure the successful operations of client accounts

Lead client meetings and manage customer expectations

Review and approve all client marketing campaigns

Launch campaigns and review performance metrics to benchmark

Partner with Project Management team on designated tasks

Review and update client billing/invoicing as needed

Identify upsell opportunities and assist with contract renewals

Stay up to date with Liaison products and offerings

Maintain understanding of higher education trends and industry overall

Assist in trainings, process/procedures updates, and provide additional team support as needed
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account management or client facing position

Ability to learn software and technology quickly

Track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and maintaining high quality results

Willingness to take initiative, think critically, and improve upon processes
Useful Experiences

Knowledge of higher education market
