CLINICAL TRIAL ASSISTANT I

Responsible for activities that support the clinical trial process from start-up to close out. Clinical Operation professionals are tasked with the planning, implementation, management, and execution of the clinical trial process.


Clinical Trial Assistant I


The Clinical Trial Assistant will provide general administrative support to the Clinical Research Operations Department. This position will be responsible for general document management, quality control, and clinical system support.


Responsibilities:



  • Support interdisciplinary activities, including the preparation of materials and regulatory documents to meet study goals and established timelines
  • Manage clinical study documentation including preparation for study start-up, internal/external audits, final reconciliation, and archival
  • Perform quality control audits of clinical study documentation (e.g. Master Study Files, Site Study Files, etc.) in support of all team members especially CRAs
  • Assist project teams with trial progress tracking by updating the Clinical Trial Management systems
  • Assist in the coordination of Investigator payments, if applicable
  • Perform administrative tasks to support Clinical Operations and team members as needed including supplies, data, and Usability
  • Provide support to all aspects of study progress (from planning to close-out), to assure adherence to intended timelines and achievement of study goals, while ensuring quality in accordance with FDA, EMEA, GCP, and ICH guidelines.

What your background should look like:


Education/Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree, in a medical-related or science field preferred
  • 1 years of recent clinical study or related experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of sponsor site clinical trials preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Word, Excel, Google Docs proficient
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and maintain a professional and caring demeanor
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently
  • Must be a team-player, punctual and reliable, dependable and flexible in adapting to change in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced work environment
  • Must be responsible, creative and highly motivated

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $26 - 36/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
