Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to work within an organizational structure to provide high quality behavioral health care to our clients. Octave Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving (we're almost 3 years old!) environment. Octave Clinicians demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies. It is our effort to drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for our clients. Our salaried Clinician role provides minimum client-facing hour standards, schedule flexibility, and benefits. With the position, our clinicians operate under a hybrid model, working partially out of the local clinic and partially remote. The ratio of working virtual to clinic-based with be very flexible and an individualized conversation with the Clinic Director. We are following CDC guidelines and monitoring the CDC's COVID-19 Community Levels to determine if the clinics are safe to remain open or need to be temporarily closed.
Octave Part-time status =16 or 19 Individual Client Visits/Week
Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.
The compensation range for this role is $50,000-$70,000 dependent on licensure level.
Additionally, this position is eligible for the following benefits: company sponsored life insurance, disability and AD&D plans. Voluntary benefits such as 401k retirement, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, dependent care and commuter/parking options are also available.
