Accounts Receivable Officer (part-time)

Create invoices and reminders with all the necessary information/attachments for the customer
Provide accurate invoicing data/documentation and verify that all services and costs are billed in the respective month to the client
Upload the invoices into our financial software and prepare the necessary reconciliations
Collaborate with different departments if information for the billing process is needed
Responsible for the close of AR
Create, maintain and update work instructions
Assist with ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and other duties as required by the Finance Department
Support the finance team with the Bank reconciliation
Be the first contact for customers

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting is appreciated but not necessary, Finance, Marketing or an equivalent education/training
Accounting or finance experience.
