WFM-Real Time Analyst

Clipboard Health is looking for a Real Time Analyst to join their Customer Operations Workforce Management team. The role involves managing the queue, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met, onboarding/offboarding agents, tracking attendance adherence, and analyzing metrics when SLAs are not met.
