We’re helping customers build the future, today.The OpportunityCloudBees is seeking a data-obsessed and detail-oriented Demand Generation Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. An ideal candidate will have a passion for translating data into meaningful and actionable takeaways to drive demand generation strategies and decision-making in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role involves extensive business analysis and supporting the demand generation team to improve our marketing campaigns, customer insights, and overall business performance.Your impactAs a Demand Generation Analyst, you will:• Assist in developing, monitoring, and refining our key demand generation metrics. Analyze these metrics with data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive our growth strategies and initiatives.• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in partnership with our cross-functional Data & Analytics team to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure pipeline (lead scoring) and campaign performance.• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical team members across levels.• Use data-driven insights to recommend modifications and optimize pipeline and marketing campaigns for better performance and ROI.• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data, and manage data processing, cleansing, and enrichment activities.• Champion the use of data in fueling all demand generation strategy and decision-making. Help in educating the team on how our data is obtained, how that data can be used, and the impact of data on reaching our goals.• Design and execute A/B tests or other experimentation in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Web teams. Gather insight from this experimentation to inform our strategies and optimize our demand generation funnel.• Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to segment audiences, track leads, and automate workflows for efficient lead nurturing and conversion.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and apply insights to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation activities, such as lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, to stakeholders.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support demand generation initiatives and expand reach in target markets.• Act as the primary data analyst for the demand generation team and meet all of their marketing operations needs from assisting with Marketo forms, deep diving into 6sense segmentation, or pulling opportunities from Salesforce.Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a marketing or demand generation environment.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo, Tableau). Familiarity with demand generation tools like Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, etc.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
