Data Scientist

Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet. They are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and product managers to address challenges using predictive analytics. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science and machine learning.

Skills

M.S or Ph.D in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields
2+ years of data scientist experience with proven industry experience
Experience with scientific computing using Python
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in large language models and frameworks for Generative AI applications

Responsibilities

Partner and align with business leaders, stakeholders, product managers and internal teams
Understand data landscape and work closely with data engineering team
Define, implement, and train statistical, machine learning, and AI models
Spot trends with statistical significance and understand key drivers
Hiring, growing, and mentoring the data scientist team

Education

M.S or Ph.D in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields
