Manager, Business Development - APAC

Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet, protecting and accelerating online applications for a diverse range of customers. They are looking for a Manager of Business Development for the Asia Pacific region to drive qualified pipeline and develop their team.

Skills

B2B sales experience in APAC
Inside sales and people management experience
Fluency in English and at least 2 Asian languages
Salesforce proficiency

Responsibilities

Exceed individual and team quotas for generating quality pipeline
Coach team on best practices for calls and emails
Recruit and onboard new BDRs
Develop career plans for high-performing BDRs
Manage sales activities and results using SFDC

Education

Bachelor’s degree required
