Senior Customer Success Manager

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of its largest Enterprise customers, managing all of their post-sale experiences.

Skills

Strong understanding of computer networking and Internet workings
Experience in cloud security and/or performance industries
Project management and account portfolio planning
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Manage the customer life cycle including contract renewal
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Manage customer feedback and provide feature requests

Education

Bachelor's degree required, Masters is a plus
