Senior Customer Success Manager
Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of its largest Enterprise customers, managing all of their post-sale experiences.
Skills
- Strong understanding of computer networking and Internet workings
- Experience in cloud security and/or performance industries
- Project management and account portfolio planning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer life cycle including contract renewal
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Manage customer feedback and provide feature requests
Education
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters is a plus
