Responsibilities

Direct preparation and issuance of customer invoices
Oversee response to billing and A/R inquiries
Support Order-to-Cash Accounting team
Participate in month-end close processes
Facilitate cash receipt and application processes
Manage and refund customer credit balances
Oversee maintenance of customer account information
Collaborate on various systems projects
Execute policies and procedures for Billing and A/R
Support SOX compliance requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
